"Just being aware that many forms of behavior and expression can lead to misunderstandings will significantly improve the way we interact with each other. At the same time, we developed strategies on how to deal with conflicts. Ute is a first-class, competent and friendly trainer who integrated theory and practice very well."

Satisfied Voices:
"In summer 2023, we commissioned Ute Bechdolf to hold a seminar on intercultural cooperation at our company for the first time. The seminar was a complete success and the feedback from the participants was consistently positive. Ute's immense wealth of intercultural experience, the varied methodology and the practical support for our employees deserve special mention. We have therefore commissioned three more training courses from her for 2024 (for our American management)."
Georg Schmidt, HR Director MCS GmbH/Harvard Bioscience
"The cultural differences in communication became very clear to us in the seminar. The trainer was perfect for us with her many years of experience, the well-structured preparation and the many varied topics. Her relaxed approach and openness to our questions were also important. The presence of an American guest at the seminar was of course very helpful."

"Due to a corporate restructuring, we were looking to integrate our US based organization with our German based organization. Our challenge was to break down trust barriers that existed between the sites. I was introduced to Ute Bechdolf by my German HR partner. As we discussed the issues we faced, she quickly understood and offered her solution to perform intercultural workshops. Due to the wide variety of participants Ute designed and executed workshops specific to appropriate audiences. Our German colleagues learned about the similarities and differences between German and US cultures and how to interact successfully.
Following the success of those workshops Ute delivered a condensed session to our most senior leadership team helping them understand the real differences and similarities between the cultures and how we can better lead our team. Following the workshop, the feedback from our leadership team was unanimous; we offer this training throughout the organization. We are on our way towards establishing an engaged workforce that values diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Thank you, Ute, for your participation in making HB an employer of choice."
